About Jamble- Terms of Payment. All payments due are in US dollars via Paypal or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full prior to start of sponsorship.
- Booking Confirmation. No sponsorship booking can be made on a provisional basis. To confirm a booking, payment must be made in full prior to the start of any sponsorship.
- Start Date. The sponsorship will start after payment has been made and the banner advertisements are added to the website. The sponsor will be notified in writing of their exact period of sponsorship.
- Sponsorship period. Sponsorship shall run for 12 months from start date. Sponsorships will not be automatically renewed without permission from the sponsor.
- First Class Sponsorship. A maximum of five first class sponsors will be accepted during every 12 month period. Jamblemag.com reserves the right to choose which organizations are offered first class sponsorship and to expand the first class slots available in future years. The banner advert will be placed on the home page, and some, but not all, news and green city guide pages.The image size must not exceed 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. The image must be supplied as a JPEG, PNG, PDF or GIF file with the file size not exceeding 1MB. The sponsor profile has a maximum of 200 words. First class sponsorship costs $5000 per year. Jamblemag.com reserves the right to increase prices for first class sponsorship in future years.
- Business Class Sponsorship. Jamblemag.com reserves the right to choose which organizations are offered business class sponsorship and to expand the business class slots available in future years. The banner advert will be placed on some, but not all, news pages and green city guide pages. The image size must not exceed 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. The image must be supplied as a JPEG, PNG, PDF or GIF file with the file size not exceeding 1MB. The sponsor profile has a maximum of 100 words. Business class sponsorship costs $1500 per year. Jamblemag.com reserves the right to increase prices for first class sponsorship in future years.
- Economy Class Sponsorship. The mini-banner advert will be placed on some, but not all, news pages and green city guide pages in the sidebar. The image size must not exceed 150 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. The image must be supplied as a JPEG, PNG, PDF or GIF file with the file size not exceeding 1MB. Economy class sponsorship costs $250 per year. Jamblemag.com reserves the right to increase prices for first class sponsorship in future years.
- Provision of Sponsorship Materials. Unless otherwise agreed, Sponsors will provide all sponsorship materials to Jamblemag.com using the online form or by emailing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or any other address specified by Jamblemag.com.
- Sponsored Articles. Any articles featuring a sponsor will contain a statement clarifying your sponsorship status. Any links in those articles to your website will contain no-follow tags.
- Right to Reject Advertisement. All sponsorships are subject to Jamblemag.com’s approval. Jamblemag.com Ltd reserves the right to reject, without explanation, any sponsorship, Order Form, or URL link, at any time, for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, belief by Jamblemag.com that any sponsorship thereof may subject Jamblemag.com to criminal or civil liability).
- Termination. Jamblemag.com shall have the right to terminate any sponsorship (and this Agreement), with or without cause, at any time. Beginning on the first day of sponsorship period, Sponsors may terminate a sponsorship by written notice to Jamblemag.com to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Jamblemag.com will remove the sponsorship within 14 working days of receipt of the cancellation notice and will give a pro-rata refund for each complete outstanding month of the sponsorship, less the administration fee of $50.00. Jamblemag.com shall have the right to terminate sponsorship that it reasonably believes may subject Jamblemag.com to criminal or civil liability. In such a case, Jamblemag.com will provide Sponsor a written explanation of its decision and the basis therefore, and refund pro-rata less the administration fee of $50.00
- Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions shall be construed & governed by US law.
- Copyright. The sponsor warrants that the sponsor owns the copyright of any materials provided to Jamblemag.com in relation to the sponsorship and will indemnify Jamblemag.com against any claim arising from the publication thereof. The sponsor also grants Jamblemag.com the license to reproduce, display and transmit the material in electronic form on the website and to use screen shots of the sponsorship to market and advertise itself.
- Indemnity. The sponsor will indemnify Jamblemag.com and keep it indemnified against any liabilities relating to any virus, worm, contaminated file or Trojan horse originating from any linked area.
- No Warranty. JAMBLEMAG.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT JAMBLEMAG.COM’s DELIVERY OF SERVICES OR SPONSORSHIPS HEREUNDER WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR CONTINUOUS. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAMBLEMAG.COM BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS.
